Ever since we launched WinZeal
Express 3.0 on 1 January 2007, we have received a number of requests for
report customization. Hence we decided to offer this as a separate
service.
If you need any changes in terms of
either charts being generated or report formats (say for instance, columns being
rearranged), you can avail of this service. Please keep in mind the
following:

We will not add/remove any data
fields

If you need additional chart types
for a specific report, the chart type should be available in Microsoft Excel
2000 or above

We can rearrange data columns in a
report, but if you need an additional column, that field should be available
in WinZeal Express

If you need additional reports, you
are required to send us your existing formats
Please describe your requirements
in detail (for each report) and email it to us in Microsoft Word format to
support@winzeal.com with the
subject "Customization Required". We will analyze your requirements and get
back to you within 3 business days.
If we agree upon the customization
requirements, you will be required to pay 100% upfront. We will mutually
agree upon a time frame and testing criteria before we take up the
customization work. You may be requested to send in some sample data in
Excel format to perform a test on our side.
We will be sending you the modified
report formats and the executable files with instructions on how to install them. Please take a
backup of your database always before any changes are made to your existing
installation. We do not take responsibility for any loss of data for
whatever reason.
Important
Note:
The customization service being
offered is exclusively for WinZeal Express 3.0. If you decide to upgrade to
a newer version of WinZeal Express at a later date (whenever its released),
you are required to opt for this service again.
