WinZeal Express 3.0 comes
with lots of new and enhanced features that our existing users
requested for. Below is a brief list of features we have
added/enhanced in WinZeal Express 3.0:
WinZeal Today
The dashboard in WinZeal Express
3.0 is now even more customizable when compared to its
predecessors. A number of new system
variables have been added to enable end-users to see the information
that's crucial to them. Never miss an appointment or payment
follow-up again.
Proposal/Quotation Management
WinZeal Express 3.0 now includes
support for taxation, discount and shipping charges. Know your
profitability at item level and at the overall proposal level.
You can choose to generate a Basic Proposal (suitable for Middle
East businesses where taxes may not be applicable) or a
comprehensive proposal.
If your business requires a Work
Order (a document that's generally used by the
procurement/logistics department) to be created, WinZeal Express
3.0 does it with the click of a button.
WinZeal Express 3.0 also supports
Proposal Grouping and Sequencing. This enables you to rearrange
your line items in an orderly fashion.
Product/Service Management
Whether you are product based
business or a service oriented company or a mixture of both,
WinZeal Express 3.0 has everything you might possibly need. You
can now attach documents for products and services (for
instance, product brochure, pictures etc). You no longer need to
search your disks for related documents.
Activities
WinZeal Express 3.0 now allows you
to maintain a list of activities (to-do list) and notifies you
as and when you are required to be reminded about. Never miss
your appointments again.
Object Management
WinZeal Express 3.0 allows users
to create various object types which are used for different
purposes. For example, you might want to define your own Payment
Terms.
Microsoft Office Integration
WinZeal Express 3.0 is tightly
integrated with Microsoft Office. If you are using Office 2000
or above, you can customize all your report formats. WinZeal
Express 3.0 uses Word for most of the report generation. For
data import and export, WinZeal Express 3.0 interacts with
Excel. It uses Outlook for composing email messages.
